About The Position

The Drink Runner at Dave & Buster's is responsible for delivering drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere. This part-time role involves maintaining service stations, adhering to sanitation procedures, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drinks to guests promptly and ensure they are properly garnished.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, cleaned, and ready for use.
• Assist in clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and answer guest questions regarding food and drinks.
• Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest demeanor.
• Assist with greeting newly seated guests in a friendly manner.
• Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy.
• Assist in party setup and breakdown as needed.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members.
