About The Position
Èlephante is a high-energy, upscale restaurant known for elevated cuisine, craft cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. Our Los Angeles location is looking for a fast, detail-oriented Drink Runner to support our bar and front-of-house teams during busy service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves with urgency, and understands the importance of timing and presentation.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to carry multiple drinks safely
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional

- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
Responsibilities
- Run cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Communicate clearly with bartenders and servers to ensure correct delivery
- Maintain proper glassware handling and presentation standards
- Assist in keeping the bar and service areas clean and organized
- Support bartenders and servers during high-volume service
- Help with side work, restocking, and polishing glassware as needed
