General Summary The Driller performs routine drilling, sampling, and well installation tasks as well as routine mechanical work necessary to maintain equipment in operating condition. This job requires travel, must have reliable transportation. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
Must be able to attain a Class A CDL
Mechanical/Welding Aptitude
Ability to operate all drilling associated equipment (backhoe, forklift, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions and implement standard operating procedures
Ability to direct self and 1 to 2 others
Good oral and written communication skills
Must travel and work outdoors
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a small hand tools.
The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
