As a Driller Helper you will perform casual laborer activities while working with an experienced professional team and learn all aspects of safely working around heavy equipment in a construction type of work environment. You will be an instrumental team member working under the Driller in the field at customer job sites doing general labor activities around heavy equipment and doing a variety of physical labor tasks (lifting up to 50#) utilizing material handling equipment, shovels, hand tool and power tools The driller's helper will assist the Driller in all parts of the drilling process. Including mobilization of the equipment, Maintenance, and inspections. Ability to work with hand tools such as: 10 LB sledgehammer, grease gun, stapler, tape measure and marking paint. Knowledge of PPE, safe work practices and lockout tag out.
