About The Position
Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with starting pay ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. For those with a CDL A, the starting pay is $25.00 per hour. Our employees enjoy 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. There is great potential for overtime, and we provide project-based bonuses and performance-based merit increases. Additionally, we offer an employee referral bonus of $2,000 and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School, along with pay increases after obtaining a CDL A. Our Woodinville location requires travel 80-90% of the time, primarily within the Greater Puget Sound area and some parts of eastern WA state, with most employees returning home most nights. Projects typically operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend and night shifts depending on project requirements. We provide private hotel rooms for traveling employees at no cost, along with per diem.
