About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma with previous banking and/or financial experience
• College experience in a business field of 2 to 4 years is preferable
• Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures
• Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively
• Ability to work closely with all areas of the bank
• Ability to adjust to change and be a team player
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing to ensure Dream Mortgage Center can remain open
• Complete new file setup including validating and completing applications
• Organize and upload income and asset documentation
• Schedule loans for closing
• Distribute iEmergent data to all Market representatives weekly
• Maintain an outreach log for Fair Lending and CRA activities
• Assist in daily loan file progress and act as a liaison between mortgage operations and clients
• Assist in new client origination and mortgage loan pipeline management
• Provide assistance to other Mortgage Executives if needed
• Shred files once the loan has closed and funded
• Answer client inquiries and perform general administrative tasks
• Host business development events and attend community events
• Complete other duties as assigned
• Develop an independent business development plan and portfolio of loans
