This individual is responsible for the overall development and maintenance and supervision of the administrative and fiscal functions for the assigned division/region and will report directly to the Division Director responsible for the assigned division. Duties may include but are not limited to: Supervising the administrative staff; assisting in program and policy development; maintenance of administrative files; liaison between regulatory and funding entities; address administrative matters accordingly that do not require the personal attention of the division director. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal operations within assigned programs and procedures to ensure optimum billing and collections activities. Duties will also include compiling and preparing data and information for audits, proposals, grants, and reports. Work is to be performed with considerable independence in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures in a coordinated effort with the Division Director to whom he/she reports
