Position Summary: The Drayage and International Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying and securing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or drayage
- Strong understanding of intermodal transportation and container logistics
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in drayage, international, and intermodal logistics
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to boost company visibility
