Drawing and producing solid wire for packaging according to Route Card / process sheet and production schedule requirements. Operate safely and identify, report, and correct unsafe situations. Follow process specifications for machine setup and production. Complete machine setup, change over, and troubleshooting in a timely manner. Perform specified quality checks including visual inspections. Enter data in Route Card including quality checks and product specification. Place nonconforming products on hold. Report maintenance issues as they arise. Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack. Perform restock and housekeeping. Read and follow production schedule. Willing to train on and operate other machines / processes, as necessary. Run multiple machines simultaneously. Monitor multiple liquid tanks for appropriate fill level and temperature.
