The Analyst, Duty Drawback will provide full support to a client’s drawback program in analyzing and preparing customer duty drawback claims in addition to: Managing multiple concurrent customer drawback programs Researching and preparing responses to CBP inquiries, interacting directly with customers and CBP on day to day drawback related items Working with the drawback team to identify process improvement opportunities Auditing and preparing high-volume, automated drawback claims Onboarding new drawback customers Developing claim filing schedules in collaboration with project management Preparing and filing Drawback Application with US Customs on behalf of the client. Handling a Full Desk Review and guiding the client through the process.
