The employee will maintain an established claim processing schedule and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by interacting daily with drawback clients, providing information and support on their claims, and maintaining their accounts. Additionally, the employee will communicate client responsibilities regarding record maintenance and necessary documentation for claim completion, as well as provide drawback status reports to clients.
