Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing scheduled service to draught accounts. Service includes routine line cleaning, troubleshooting problems with the accounts draught service, installing draught systems and supporting special events.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Smartphone, or similar device, is required. Must have the capability to download specific apps, such as Draught Lines and Paycor.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Valid Class D Driver's license and driving record that meets with company guidelines.
  • Must carry the required minimal coverage of auto insurance.
  • Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate using the English language. Must be able to communicate information and respond to questions (verbally and in written form) effectively with customers, company personnel, and suppliers.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding, interpret and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. The ability to prioritize responsibilities and work while dealing with a variety of requests throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college or vocational experience preferred.
  • Experience with heating & cooling systems, plumbing or beverage systems (beer, soda, etc.) a plus.
  • Retail and/or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of draught beer systems/troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain customer draught beer lines according to N.K.S. standards.
  • Assist with draught system installation agreement requirements.
  • Responsible for attending service calls pertaining to draught equipment; this includes troubleshooting and repairing all problems.
  • Responsible for ordering equipment related to draught beer needs.
  • Provide on-site support for festivals and community events.
  • Maintain product freshness and presentation through product rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance.
  • Assist with the set up and tear down of tradeshows and community events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
