About The Position
Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Product Engineer to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing new DRAM products and coordinating manufacturing resources, testing, and performance analysis throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and validate process conditions and product testing programs. This position requires you to identify product-specific testing requirements and build specific testing for newly identified fail modes. As the point of contact for your product, you will work closely with other technical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with Application Engineering and Quality Assurance to evaluate and provide feedback on data sheets and product specifications, ensuring product quality and reliability. You will create and maintain product documentation, work with Test Engineering to establish product test programs, and ensure that silicon meets product requirements. Additionally, you will debug and identify the root cause of failures, supervise and project product yields, and find corrective actions when yields fall short of projections. This role is critical in ensuring that our DRAM products meet the high standards expected in the semiconductor industry.
