The primary duties of a Drain Technician involve diagnosing stoppages in drain systems and performing the necessary tasks to clear them, with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Daily tasks include technical work, collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, and maintaining truck inventory levels. Communication with homeowners about the system's status after service is also key. Technical training and skills will be provided after hiring. Requirements

• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Valid drivers license
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing stoppages in drain systems
• Performing the necessary tasks to clear those stoppages
• Providing excellent customer service
• Collecting payments
• Giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation
• Maintaining truck inventory levels
• Communicating with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed
