Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times to represent the company brand. Assist customers in achieving safe, efficient, and reliable drainage systems by asking the right questions to uncover their needs. Obtain customer authorization for all proposed work before scheduling. Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs according to company standards and guidelines. Actively seek referrals from satisfied customers to grow your network and sales opportunities. Conduct follow-up visits to ensure quality work and 100% customer satisfaction. Ensure profitability by accurately quoting jobs using approved pricing tools, focusing on quality and value. Review all jobs with the department manager for accuracy and compliance. Communicate job details clearly to support staff regarding financing, scheduling, and required documentation. Submit photos and required forms promptly, including detailed specifications to ensure the job meets customer expectations. Provide installers with clear instructions through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms. Maintain contact during installation to guarantee a quality system and a positive customer experience. Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and neighborhood marketing near recent installations. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and technical knowledge. What you need: 2 years of Sales experience. 1 years of Plumbing/Drains experience preferred Must be 21 or older Valid US Driver’s License Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check Service Titan knowledge a plus Ready to take your Plumbing career to the next level?
