Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Residential Drains Installer Helper to join our plumbing installation team. In this entry-level role, you will support lead drain installers on residential jobs, learning hands-on skills in drain system installation, repair, and replacement. Requirements

Previous plumbing or construction experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the plumbing trade
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various residential environments (indoor/outdoor, crawlspaces, etc.)
Valid driver's license
Team player with positive attitude and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with residential drain installations, replacements, and repairs
Prepare and stage tools, materials, and equipment for each job
Perform basic digging, measuring, cutting, and pipe preparation
Help ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times
Support adherence to company safety standards and plumbing codes
Provide excellent customer service and represent Radiant with professionalism
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
