Requirements

• Proven skill in drain cleaning, jetting, descaling, camera inspections, underground locating, and diagnostics
• Confidence in presenting solutions and explaining repair paths clearly to homeowners without pressure tactics
• Mechanical sharpness, situational awareness, safety discipline, and quality-driven decision making
• Reliability, accountability, and a commitment to representing Evergreen with professionalism
• A genuine service mindset - the desire to leave every home better than you found it
