About The Position

Zoom Drain Phoenix is hiring experienced drain technicians only . This is not an apprentice role. If you have not run jetters, cameras, and drain machines on your own, this is not a fit. This Role Is For You If You Have 2+ years full-time drain or service plumbing experience Have personally operated hydro-jetters, cable machines, and camera inspection systems Are comfortable diagnosing jobs without supervision Want a performance-driven role with real earning power This Role Is NOT For You If You Are brand new to plumbing Need to be trained on basic drain equipment Are looking for a helper or apprenticeship position Are uncomfortable selling work or collecting payment onsite

Requirements

• 2+ years drain or service plumbing experience (required, not preferred)
• Proven experience with jetting and camera inspection
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces and rooftops
• Comfortable with evening or weekend on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Run residential and commercial drain calls start to finish
• Diagnose blockages, breaks, roots, grease, scale, and offsets
• Operate jetters, cameras, locators, and sectional machines daily
• Present findings and pricing directly to customers
• Close jobs and collect payment onsite
• Maintain your truck, tools, and job documentation
