Troubleshoot and diagnose- “What is the problem?” Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter. General drain clearing and repairing. Communicate and educate the customer about the issue. How success will be measured: Complete 4 calls a day. Maintain a 90% conversion rate goal. Meet the company’s daily revenue target. Overall performance. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to problem solve.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing experience is a plus!
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus!
