We are seeking an experienced Drain Technician to perform residential and light commercial drain and sewer services. This role focuses on diagnosing, clearing, and repairing drain and sewer issues, identifying root causes of blockages, and presenting long-term solutions to homeowners and property managers. Requirements

Experience as a residential and/or commercial drain technician required
Strong knowledge of drain and sewer systems and common failure points
Experience using drain machines, hydro jetters, and camera equipment preferred
Ability to accurately diagnose drain issues and recommend proper solutions
Valid driver’s license required
Good physical condition and ability to perform hands-on work
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial drain cleaning and sewer service work
Clear clogged drains, main lines, and sewer systems using professional equipment
Operate drain machines, jetters, and sewer camera inspection equipment
Diagnose drain and sewer issues and explain findings to customers
Present repair and replacement options such as spot repairs, liners, or full replacements
Perform sewer line repairs or replacements when needed
Identify recurring drain issues and recommend preventative solutions
Test drain systems for proper flow and operation
Follow all safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures
Properly document inspections, findings, and completed work
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
