As a Drain Technician, you will provide excellent customer service, solve challenging problems, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field.
Proficiency with hydro-jetting equipment and sewer camera inspections is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform drain cleaning, maintenance, and repairs using equipment such as hydro-jetters, drain snakes, and more.
Diagnose and resolve drain system issues, including clogs, blockages, and sewer line problems.
Execute sewer camera inspections to assess the condition of underground piping systems.
Diagnose underground plumbing issues, including sewer line collapses, root intrusions, and structural failures.
Build accurate estimates for underground work, including excavation, pipe replacement, and trenchless repairs.
Collaborate with customers and the team to plan and execute projects effectively.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates.
Answer customer questions and provide education on preventative maintenance for drain systems.
Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices.
Maintain and inspect tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
