Requirements

  • Drain cleaning experience (3+ years)
  • Valid plumbing apprenticeship (may obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Neat, clean and organized
  • Great work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Jetting experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose and clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetters, & other equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to keep drainage systems clear and functioning
  • Perform sewer camera inspections to identify issues such as breaks, roots, or bellies
  • Respond to emergency drain calls, including blockages, backups, and flooding, providing immediate service and troubleshooting
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Repair or replace drain and sewer lines as needed (minor repairs or assisting with larger excavations)
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals
  • Operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Follow safety protocols when handling and operating equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipment
