About The Position

• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning and plumbing services for residential customers.
• Utilize Service Titan software on an iPad for service management.
• Provide excellent customer service by diagnosing plumbing issues and recommending repairs.
• Maintain and operate company-provided tools and equipment, including a truck and uniforms.
