Drain Technician or Senior Drain Tech
About The Position
High-Skill Drains + Light Plumbing (Water Heaters, Fresh Water) If you’re tired of being “just the drain guy” and want real variety, autonomy, and upside, this role is built for you. We’re looking for a proven Drain Tech (or Senior Tech) who takes pride in clean diagnostics, clear communication, and doing the job right. You’ll run drain calls end-to-end and also have the ability to handle light fresh-water work like water heaters and select plumbing repairs. Requirements
- Solid drain experience required
- Snaking, jetting, camera inspections
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Customer-first communicator
- Physically capable (up to 75 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license, clean record
- Team player who wants to grow, not coast
Nice To Haves
- Fresh-water or water heater experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and clear drain and sewer issues
- Snakes, jetters, sewer cameras
- Identify root causes and explain options clearly
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
