About The Position

Four Seasons is currently looking to add experienced drain cleaning and sewer rod technicians to our consistently growing plumbing division. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience. Good driving record needed. We are looking for responsible, motivated, hard working individuals with a positive attitude. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in drain cleaning and sewer rod work
• Good driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Implementation of safe work practices, trouble-shooting and maintaining plumbing systems
• Maintain plumbing systems and make recommendations for improvement where needed
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Locate position of pipe, pipe connections and passage holes
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, opening clogged drains
• Complies with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements, including ADA requirements
• Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures
• Conserves plumbing resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Provides plumbing information by answering questions and requests
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Documents plumbing actions by completing production and quality logs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
