Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing sewer and drain issues, providing cost estimates to customers, unclogging and cleaning drains using Roto-Rooter equipment, documenting estimates and invoices, and collecting payments. This role requires effective communication skills and a mechanical aptitude, although prior experience is not necessary.
