The Clinical Coordinator uses advanced nursing processes in decision-making, patient assessment, data analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve the overall quality and efficiency of patient care for the designated department and population served. Provides direct and indirect patient care as needed; oversees the delivery of patient care; and provides day to day management of programs to coordinate patient care as designated by the department. Coordinates the delivery of safe, high quality patient care; identifies areas for study; and participates in and/or supports research. Works in compliance with all State, Federal, and other regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource and mentor to staff and team members. Interventional Radiology Drain Nurse – Onsite Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Interventional Radiology team, specializing in the management of patients with chronic and acute drains and/or tubes. This is a fully onsite position based at the Carilion Roanoke campus, including Roanoke Memorial Hospital (RMH), the IR Clinic at Crystal Springs, and occasionally Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital. This role is vital to the success of our interventional radiology services, offering a unique opportunity to support patients with complex needs while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
