Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy working with others across multiple departments to inspire efficient and effective communication and ensure a job done right. They are also great at confidently communicating with and explaining their knowledge to customers to foster understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
• 1+ years of experience in residential drain cleaning
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
• Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life
• Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
• Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
• Clean presentation of self, meeting the Hero dress code

Responsibilities

• Execute residential drain-cleaning work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner
• Build and present options ethically for both repairs and permanent solutions
• Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for complete and incomplete jobs
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documenting of activities
• Maintain company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment
