About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Quarry Dragline Oiler. This role is essential to maintaining the functionality and operation of our Dragline Equipment as well as other quarry operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that aid in the maintenance of our Dragline Equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to [specific weight] pounds.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and perform a wide range of physical activities.
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
• Must adhere to all safety guidelines and wear provided personal protective equipment at all times.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and maintenance on our Dragline Equipment
• Shoveling: Manually move materials and clear areas to ensure safe and efficient quarry operations.
• Sweeping and Cleaning: Maintain a clean work environment through sweeping debris and steam cleaning equipment and areas as required.
• Painting: Apply paints and coatings to equipment, signs, and infrastructure to maintain aesthetic appearance and safety standards.
• Tire Work: Assist in the maintenance and repair of quarry vehicle tires, ensuring they are safe and operational.
• Mechanical Assistance: Provide support to the mechanical team during maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal downtime of machinery.
• Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling: Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment, including the lifting, pushing, and pulling of various objects as necessary for daily operations.
