Operate dragline equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery Monitor excavation progress and adjust operations to meet production targets Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care
• Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to safe practices
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic conditions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Reliable communication skills and attention to operational details
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
