You’ll be part of a team that designs custom aluminum truck equipment with tight turnaround times and high standards for accuracy. We value craftsmanship in our drawings just as much as in our welds. If you’re detail-oriented, curious about how things are made, and motivated to develop into a higher-level technical contributor, you’ll find real opportunity here. The Draftsperson I supports the engineering department by creating accurate 2D drawings and 3D models under supervision. This role is focused on speed, accuracy, and learning how real products are designed and built in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone early in their drafting career who wants hands-on exposure to manufacturing, programming, and product development.
