About The Position

This internship position offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the precast concrete wall systems industry, including safety, quality, project management, and operations. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, providing feedback and pursuing ideas that positively impact the organization while developing their skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year degree program in Computer Aided Drafting and Design Technology or a similar field of study.
• Successful completion of at least 50% of credits toward degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Capable of utilizing 3D design or modeling software (e.g., Planbar, Autodesk, Revit, Solidworks, or AutoCAD).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to visit plant, yard, and project sites.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of steel and concrete design.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management tasks and support field operations.
• Provide feedback on processes and systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on design and installation projects.
• Utilize 3D design or modeling software to create and modify designs.
