- Required: o SolidWorks o Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in CAD design and manufacturing documentation.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred: o PDMWorks o DriveWorks o Microsoft Power Apps o ETQ Reliance o Infor Syteline (or similar ERP system) o JMP (statistical analysis software)
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and process automation.
- Knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
