About The Position

About Greyloch: Greyloch, founded in 1991, is a Meridian Idaho based cabinet manufacturer moving their current headquarters to Star Idaho in early 2023. The new, first of its kind batch size 1 facility in North America, will give builders an expanded product offering with shortened lead times. Greyloch’ s vision is to bring the centuries old art of cabinet making into the 21st century by using automation and ingenuity. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow direction, accept feedback, and apply revisions accurately
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn industry-specific software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar drafting/design software
  • Background in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing
  • Ability to read plans, measurements, and specifications
  • Field measuring or construction site experience

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply Cabinet Vision software to support preliminary drawings and design development
  • Collaborate closely with Designers and project team members to support active and upcoming projects
  • Create cabinet layouts that align with client needs, project requirements, and Greyloch standards
  • Update drawings with field measurements, revisions, and customer selections for review and approval
  • Prepare drawing packets and documentation for internal use, production, and client approvals
  • Coordinate project details and timelines with Design Leads to support workflow and scheduling
  • Assist in creating bids and estimates for potential customers and upcoming projects
  • Support revisions resulting from client feedback, field conditions, or design changes
  • Participate in field measuring as needed to ensure accuracy and support design intent
  • Maintain organized project files and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
