About The Position

BonnaVilla is seeking a Drafter II to join the Chief team. This full time position produces working REVIT drawings of manufactured housing for production use. Requirements

High School Diploma, or GED, required.
Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting or minimum 2 years in the industry.
Good mathematical skills and proficiency in standard office software using documents and spreadsheets.
Proficient in Revit computer design software and working knowledge in AutoCAD computer design software

Nice To Haves

Construction knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce working REVIT drawings for production use if working in engineering group.
Produce sketches and bank packs from sales requests.
Gain speed and knowledge of assigned areas in the department.
Increase knowledge and ability of drafting methods and related company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
