Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve problems related to coding revenue documents.
  • Process daily deposit units and verify accuracy of documentation.
  • Maintain history and transaction files, and troubleshoot issues with revenue documents.
  • Edit daily computer reports to correct entry errors.
  • Research and reconcile discrepancies in revenue receipts.
  • Establish new Master Index codes for fiscal year deposits.
  • Analyze complex account receivables for specialized transactions.
  • Account for all state funds processed and perform supervisor tasks during absences.
  • Enter, retrieve, and delete stored data as needed.
  • Record and classify financial records and documents accurately.
  • Receive, sort, log, and route revenue items for processing.
  • Handle telephone calls and type correspondences and reports.
  • Distribute and receive mail and revenue items securely.
  • Participate in applicant interviews and train new employees as assigned.
  • Attend work regularly and observe approved work hours.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
