About The Position

A Dozer Equipment Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for driving and controlling a bulldozer to level land, move earth, and clear construction sites. As well as a Trackhoe Operator specializes in maneuvering tracked hydraulic machinery to excavate, grade, trench and move materials like rock, dirt or gravel on Construction sites. The operator will work under supervision to ensure safety and meet project goals effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Technical knowledge in understanding how to properly operate and maintain heavy equipment.
Must possess a valid driver's license or ID.
Experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers.
Experience in performing pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance.
Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with supervisors and team members.
Ability to work well with others to ensure project goals are met.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Close collaboration skills with other construction workers to maintain project timelines.
