Perform pre‑shift inspections and report maintenance needs. Collaborate with teammates to support efficient site operations. Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety culture. Maintain accurate logs and communicate operational updates.

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to read site plans, follow directions, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues.
• Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
