Position Description What You'll Do: Operate a dozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites Cut, grade, and level surfaces according to project plans and specifications Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other equipment operators Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience operating a dozer in heavy civil or roadway construction
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and grades
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of GPS or grade-control systems is a plus

Responsibilities
