About The Position

Advance Employment is a leader in staffing and recruiting, offering a range of staffing and workforce solutions. We are hiring Downstream Technicians for one of our clients, a plastics company, in Jackson Center, OH. No experience necessary - we will train you!

Requirements

• No prior experience required, company will provide training
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
• A positive, friendly, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing and packaging of plastic products on 12 hour shifts (7am to 7pm, 3 days on/2 days off rotation)
• Monitor equipment to ensure high quality and efficiency
• Operate production machinery according to company standards to produce a quality product
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standards and procedures
• Conduct product inspection to ensure high quality
