Investigate out-of-trend results to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Create presentations to communicate findings and influence decision-making. Troubleshoot equipment and processes while maintaining clean, compliant workspaces. Complete laboratory documentation and review logbook data to ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain inspection readiness. Conduct small-scale lab experiments using chromatographic systems, followed by statistical analysis to understand process impacts.

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Must have good general computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
