About The Position

Downstream Operation Planner I Task and Responsibilities Acts as first point-of-contact for basic O2C questions. Processes customer orders and delivery confirmations in ERP. Handles daily internal/external customer communication. Coordinates domestic outbound shipments and prepares shipping documents. Validates sales orders for commercial completeness. Reports stock shortages and overdue POs to replenishment planners. Uses standard daily/monthly reports. Identifies escalating priority issues and reports to high-level management. Meets assigned deadlines accurately and reliably. All other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Possess a valid Passport or have the ability to obtain and pay for a valid Passport Completed technical and/or business education (university, technical college, or comparable further education/training) Strong MS Office skills Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data entry Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Digital Tools systems preferred Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team member Customer service oriented Knowledgeable in domestic and/or international shipments Structured and independent way of working Analytical with strong problem-solving skills Reliable with a high level of commitment Available to work overtime and shift work when requested Ability to focus and follow through to resolution, with an aptitude for problem solving Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality in a fast-paced work environment Results/deadline oriented with effective follow through Health and Safety Must comply with all safety and health standards established by Fronius USA, LLC and federal, state, or local requirements. Additional tasks, responsibilities, and requirements based on job level: Downstream Operation Planner II Task and Responsibilities Performs all T1 tasks independently. Plans and monitors own configuration orders. Performs material availability checks for assigned orders. Manages basic replenishment (ordering only; no ROP adjustments). Monitors consumption of his portfolio and reports ROP adjustments to T3. Handles export documentation, shipment booking, and transport claims. Processes transport invoice bookings. Supports issue resolution for O2C topics. Requirements Knowledgeable in domestic and/or international shipments Understanding of interdivisional processes Demonstrated material availability understanding Proficiency in related ERP Baan system and Digital Tools Proactive problem-solving approach Minimum 6 months of experience in Downstream Operation Planner I role Downstream Operation Planner III Task and Responsibilities Independently manages complex O2C cases, exceptions, and escalations. Assists in structured issue resolution across O2C and identifies root causes for recurring workflow problems. Participates in and may moderate bi-weekly order configuration planning meetings. Conducts capacity checks and evaluates impacts of planning changes. Owns the replenishment portfolio including ROP modification based on consumption analysis. Supports leadership by preparing planning insights, reports, and data-driven proposals. Advises and trains T1/T2 colleagues. Supports Jira/ticketing workflows by documenting issues, performing 1st-level. troubleshooting, and assisting UAT for system/process changes. Contributes as SME to national project. Maintains SOPs, WIs, and training material. Assists in training. Handles invoices and claims Manages KPIs relating to assembly adherence, material availability, replenishment accuracy, and O2C quality. Requirements Advanced knowledge of ERP and digital tools Strong understanding in process and material flow Advanced knowledge of inventory, shipping, export control Ability to train others and support team coordination Lean Management training is preferred 2+ years of experience in Downstream Operations Planner II role depending on performance, planning reliability, and increased O2C autonomy Downstream Operation Planner Expert National Task and Responsibilities Acts as national-level expert across O2C, configuration planning, and replenishment. Defines national planning standards and replenishment parameter governance. Maintains and adjusts planning master data (routings, planning parameters, work centers). Represents the subsidiary in international downstream coordination. Leads UAT, system improvement efforts, and national change initiatives. Coaches and develops T1–T3 staff and supports leadership in competency building. Provides long-term capacity and risk forecasting. Supports leadership with strategic insights and escalations. Requirements Expert-level skill across downstream functions. Advanced ERP and digital tools proficiency. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Ability to influence national-level processes and alignment. Advanced Lean training preferred

Requirements
