About The Position

As a Skillbridge Intern at GE Healthcare, every moment partnering with customers is an opportunity to impact the lives of patients. The Military DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29. Separating Service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after unit commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) provides written authorization and approval. GE HealthCare as a Skill Bridge partner offers real-world training and work experience in in-demand fields of work while having the opportunity to evaluate the Service member’s suitability for the work. Military DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from GE HealthCare, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program focusing on business, technology, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional work experience, which occurred after completing your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master's program.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Passion for digital health, cloud computing, and AI technologies.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and deployment scenarios.
  • Experience owning technical product lifecycle, including product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Experience working with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS product, feature, or service.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute product strategies for CareIntellect Oncology.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target user personas and market opportunities.
  • Assist in developing value propositions, cost/pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, presentations, and reports.
