About The Position
We are seeking a Doula to work with our OB Team to provide continuous emotional, physical and informational support to our patients during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest experience possible. This individual works with the RHCHC Newborn Coordinator to provide education prior to the delivery regarding the care of the newborn, patient advocacy department to ensure social needs are identified and partially addressed prior to delivery, and provides intrapartum support, when possible, to the patient at time of labor and delivery. You will enjoy the benefit of a 36-hour work week working with a great team at the Rocking Horse!
