Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Take orders and accept payments at the register.
• Ensure doughnuts and other products are made to perfection and served fresh.
• Prepare ingredients such as glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shop, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning customer areas.
• Stock and clean restrooms and windows, and ensure the exterior is clean.
• Unload delivery trucks and answer phone calls as needed.
• Offer samples to customers to enhance their experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
