Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts.
• Record keeping of times and temperatures of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within the production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
