About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take on the dual role of Doughnut Dealer and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service in our store while also planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote Pinkbox Doughnuts. This position requires flexibility, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our kiosk, Doughnut truck and special events.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience in food service preferred.
  • 1-3 years of event planning and coordination experience.
  • Must have a TAM and Food Handler Card.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mobile food operations or stadium kiosks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly, positive manner and assist them with product selection.
  • Suggest doughnuts and other products, ensuring upselling where possible.
  • Accurately handle all cash and card transactions, following company cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the truck and event space.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as Allegiant Stadium Kisok, community events, corporate functions, and other special events.
  • Manage operations at Pinkbox Doughnuts’ kiosk at Allegiant Stadium, ensuring it is fully stocked and aligned with brand standards during events.
  • Work with leadership to promote and advertise events.
  • Handle event logistics such as set -up, transportation, equipment setup, and breakdown.
  • Engage customers at events to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, managing permits and insurance as required.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather insights and measure success.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management to ensure the smooth running of the shop and events.
