About The Position

Are you a morning person who loves working with your hands in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Crumbl is looking for a motivated production crew member to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every cookie, cake, and frosting that comes out of our kitchen meets Crumbl’s legendary quality standards — before the doors even open.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
• Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Availability for early morning shifts (6:00 AM start) at least 3 days a week. Shifts conclude on or before 2pm.

Nice To Haves

• Food service or baking experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Complete daily mix plans including doughs, frostings, cakes, and streusels, adjusting to production volumes based on daily needs
• Uphold the highest quality standards by following Crumbl’s proprietary recipes and procedures precisely
• Demonstrate efficiency and speed in mixing, balling, and baking desserts alongside fellow production crew members
• Collaborate with your team in a supportive, energetic early-morning production environment
