About The Position

Earn $15/hour making dough and shredding cheese on the weekends! East Side Milwaukee is hiring a part-time Dough and Cheese Prep Cook. Why Ian's Pizza? Dough Prep Cook Job Duties and Expectations You'll be measuring, mixing, weighing, and preparing dough using a dough mixer and dough rounder, as well as shredding and preparing cheese. You'll also have to keep the prep area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Dough Prep Cook Job Requirements Be able to stand and walk for long periods. Be able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs, and lift 50lbs bags of flour. Be able to work with kitchen equipment such as a dough mixer, knives, and industrial cheese shredder (don't worry, we'll teach you how to use these things, but you have to be able to work with large equipment that requires great attention to detail and safety precautions). Must be 18+ to apply. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at Orientation and/or Day One.
