About The Position

Drive company trucks delivering Flogistix compressors, components, and parts to multiple sites across the United States. Primary duties involve driving Flogistix trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix Regulations. Properly securing compressors, components, and parts to trailers and trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix regulations. Properly completing all required paperwork and electronic documents in a timely and professional manner. May perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Ability and desire to be Flogistix First, work well with all fellow employees and customers
Ability to drive long hours being away from home for days at a time
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (Traffic, Weather Conditions, Dispatch Changes, Etc.)
Ability to use computer
Ability to answer work phone calls, texts, and emails in timely manner
Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor
Must be willing to drive all company vehicles once trained properly to do so
Must be able to work in hot or cold environments
Must be able to lift 50 LBS
Must be able to follow all EHSS policies and procedures
Must be punctual and possess strong work ethic
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a current Class A CDL Drivers License
Must be able to pass a DOT physical
Must have an MVR with no recent moving or driving violations
Must have a driving record that meets or succeeds Flogistixs Safe Driver Matrix
Must have a proven work history as a DOT Truck Driver
Must be able to follow all basic skills, responsibilities, and accountabilities
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Drive Flogistix trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix Regulations.
Properly secure compressors, components, and parts to trailers and trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix regulations.
Properly complete all required paperwork and electronic documents in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Hold invoices and other documents to mail to Transportation Manager
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Complete and turn in all load documents correctly, on time, and legibly
Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and in good working condition
Inspect and care for tools, supplies, and work areas
Use Electronic Log Display daily to accurately capture Hours of Service in accordance with FMCSA rules and regulations, as well as Flogistix Polices
